JSW offers a comprehensive range of services covering aviation law and regulatory advisory, space law and policy advisory, regulatory compliance and legislative drafting, international legal frameworks and treaties, and commercial contracts and dispute resolution. Our team has played a key role in drafting and revising aviation and space legislation, advising on national policies, and ensuring compliance with international conventions and standards.
We have extensive experience working with regulatory bodies such as the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) and the Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO), as well as advising on major airport infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships. Our international work includes supporting bilateral aviation agreements, space cooperation treaties, and cross-border regulatory compliance.

I have worked closely with Ms. Amna and Ms. Ayesha during my assignments as Secretary of the Aviation Division / Director General Civil Aviation Authority and as Secretary of the Privatisation Division / Privatisation Commission to the Government of Pakistan. I had the privilege to lead a delegation from Pakistan to participate in a conference in Berlin, Germany in March 2012. The topic of the conference was “Space Protocol to the Convention on International Interests on Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Space Assets”. Ms. Amna Warsi and Ms. Ayasha Warsi were the two legal experts on the delegation. Despite their young age, they played a pivotal role as part of the Pakistani delegation that negotiated the Space Protocol in Berlin. The Pakistan delegation was one of the few countries that Participated in drafting the protocol. Amna and Ayesha’s contributions were both impressive and substantive. Notably, their work took place at a time when the concept of space assets and their economic importance was relatively new and unfamiliar to many stakeholders.
