JSW offers a comprehensive range of services covering aviation law and regulatory advisory, space law and policy advisory, regulatory compliance and legislative drafting, international legal frameworks and treaties, and commercial contracts and dispute resolution. We have extensive experience working with regulatory bodies such as the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) and the Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO), as well as advising on major airport infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships. Our international work includes supporting bilateral aviation agreements, space cooperation treaties, and cross-border regulatory compliance.
